MCA Youth Kedah is organizing 2 prestigous Mountain Bike (MTB) Cycling and Running events to run concurrently at the Lembah Bujang offroad trail, Merbok, Kedah.

I can't believe that ... no ride for more then 2 weeks ... can't even recall the reason ... I think ... I can use one word ... "LZ" :)

OMG!!! This time I start my ride really late... at 8:32am after looking for this n that!!!



Lucky the cloud is blocking the SUN ... So the ride much more windy feel... Aiya! Siapa punya kerja ?

Reach home around 9:20am ... finally there is "a ride" which took bout 16.3KM :)

Hope I will ride more after this :)
